Biker

One of friends bought a dirt bike on a whim off craigslist and I learned how to ride it today. It’s manual so good thing I learned how to drive manual during the winterbreak! The hardest part was getting the bike to start because you have to kick-start it and my legs are too short to keep balanced and have the force to start the bike >.< But I finally got the hang of it by using the sidewalk as a step haha. I did get a 2nd degree burn on my inner thigh and a gigantic bruise on the same thigh LOL Tonight we went riding from midnight to 3am, it was so much fun! Now I can even take a passenger on the back :) My friends and I are thinking about buying bikes to bring back to Boston, we just have to find an economical way to ship them back….

Knock-Off In-N-Out

Tonight after work, my friends went to this burger place called Caliburger. It was “inspired by” In-N-Out. The guy who started the place worked at an In-N-Out for a couple of years and decided to bring the same kind of quality fast-food to Asia and Europe. Caliburger has the exact same menu as In-N-Out with CaliDouble (Double-Double), Wild Style (Animal Style), and super thick milkshakes (YUM). But they also had some interesting things on the menu too: Spiked Shakes (vanilla milkshake w/ Bourbon), beer and red wine. O.O I was excited the entire day and even ate a light lunch to prepare for this meal, but the burgers and wild style fries were disappointing. The patty didn’t have the good beefy taste the original ones have and the buns weren’t as cloudy and delicious. The lettuce was a lot crunchier though…lol The fries had pepper on them which was yummy but they had too much salt :/ They are open 24hrs and deliver but I miss REAL In-N-Out!

Pasta Date

My friend Morlene and I were sad last week, because we didn’t see each other for the entire week so we decided to make sure we ate dinner together this week. She really likes noodles and is a vegetarian so we made pasta with a ton of mushrooms♥ It was delish! We made too much so we texted people to come eat with us. BU gave us these super old crappy phones and she never checks her texts so she ended texting people to bring “slaves” instead of “plates” lol oh T9. I’ve packed some away for lunch tomorrow. I’m always looking forward to lunch but I’ll be extra excited tomorrow for ‘shrooms NOM

Random Bruise

Went to M2 last night, it was the first time we had to pay a cover! The drink tickets couldn’t even get a mojito… -_- Ended up just getting rum and coke. It was super crowded and there were so many old people. There was this balding man trying to dance, bobbing his head haha. Steven tried to make me dance with him -_- But then karma has a way, this 30-40 year old lady came up to him and tried to dance with him hahaha. This morning I woke up with a bruise on my ring finger above the knuckle. Not really sure what happened… 

Oh, and I watched Legend of Korra today. It was AWESOMEE!! Though I do miss Aang and the gang, I’ve got a good feeling about this avatar :) Naga is adorbs, wish I had myself a polarbeardog. I’m dying to find out what happened to Zuko and Azula’s mother!!
